Contest Rules

  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform it may be running on.
  2. This Campaign is open only to those follow the requirement set out by the rules of the competition.
  3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that the contestant meets the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of HEALTHY XPRESS as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
  4. Entries will be accepted from starting start date of the competition and all entries must be received by stated end date.
  5. All entry must fulfil all campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of HEALTHY XPRESS.
  6. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility to enter.
  7. The winner(s) of the Campaign will receive the prize, no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.
  8. The winner(s) will be liable for shipping charges, the prize will ONLY be delivered via insured registered post.
  9. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all state, local taxes or customs charges shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
  10. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for HEALTHY XPRESS to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  11. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  12. Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants and the winner will be notified by DM or email.
  13. HEALTHY XPRESS shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
  14. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 10 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all laws and regulations.
